Our Weight Loss Product
To achieve predictable weight loss, whilst on the “Howard’s Way” Weight Loss Programme you will be using a Total Food Replacement (TFR) product, achieving Weight loss of 1 stone (14lbs) every 4 weeks for most obese patients. This product is a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) formula, which meets with all your nutritional requirements.
Three servings per day (for ladies) delivers 474 Calories (4 servings for men: 632), which produces a state of mild dietary ketosis in the patient after the initial 3-4 days, thus obtaining optimum weight loss, AND SUPPRESSING HUNGER NATURALLY!

In 1997, after spending many successful years working with obese patients in a weight loss programme environment utilising a V.L.C.D. (Very Low Calorie Diet), we launched our own Company and Food. We had our food developed by a Commercial company with vast experience in the food development industry.
Due to our experience and being such a small company ourselves, we were able to maintain our own integrity and principles regarding the food that we (and our patients) eat, and control the programme structure wherein they are available. For example: Our soya (the main source of protein) is certified NON GENETICALLY MODIFIED.
Cost has never been an issue. We have included only the very best quality ingredients. Wherever possible, only ORGANIC ingredients have been used. Similarly, because we are only a small company, we were able to make many changes, (some small, some greater), following and heeding the advice and requests of our many patients. Therefore, we feel justified in being very proud of the quality of our foods and consider them to be First Class Products throughout the range! (We feel equally proud of our Programme).
We have a range of 11 different TFR’s in production.
For the initial weight loss, patients have a choice of 4 different flavoured milkshakes, 3 kinds of soups and 4 flavours of bars. We also have seven Maintenance products we offer to those who join our maintenance groups or just want to keep on track of things and are maintaining all their lost weight with a combination of food. We are a small company that cares equally about our Products, Patients and Locums. We believe that only by giving our personnel our full support are they able in turn to fully support our patients. We have the benefit of many years of experience and a broad spectrum of expertise in our team which includes several medical professionals.
